A. Yes because all reports unless otherwise requested are headed for the Court.
Q .I have a Classic vehicle and need a valuation, can I have this done?
A. Yes usually Classic or Vintage vehicle valuations are conducted for insurance purposes.
Q . I have been involved in an accident can I get help with the claim?
A.Yes provided it is a none fault and you have only third party insurance and are trying to claim against the other person’s insurance company. If you have fully comprehensive insurance cover then they would deal with it for you.
Q .I have had my insurance value my vehicle less than I expected, can I request a private valuation?
A. Yes but you have to make sure that you will be able to provide all necessary information pertaining to the claim
for a correct valuation.
Q .How quickly are the inspections carried out?
A. In general all inspections are carried out within 48 hours of instructions.
Q .We need our report quickly, how soon can we expect it?
A.We endeavour to forward all reports within 24 hours after the inspection either by post, fax or e-mail.
